Welcome to the Dragon's Lair :)
It seems like years, but it's only been a few months of downtime *grins*

More stuff will appear here gradually, but for the time being, I want to make sure I have the layouts working without any problems, before I start adding in too many other pages.

So who is this strange creature called Paddy?
Well I know that Paddy is an Irish variant of Patrick, but I'm female ;) The name was taken from Sirius Black's Animagus form in Harry Potter (Padfoot), and was shortened to Paddy by the ladies at The Site Fights DRealm of the Spirits back when I was over there as DPadfoot.
I did run a couple of Harry Potter sites, but once the final book came out (and I disagreed with JK Rowling killing off one of the twins, plus Tonks & Remus), I didn't really know what to do with them. Maybe now the 6th film is out, I might do something with those two sites again - I've been re-reading the Harry Potter books, so that's a start ;)

My current hobbies and interests are Neopets, drawing, working on my allotment, taking unusual photos, and playing the guitar. I'd love to learn how to create 3D images, and also to learn British Sign Language, or Welsh (pretty random, I admit).

As you can probably guess, I do enjoy taking unusual photos, like clouds, clouds and sunlight, or an unusual angle of an ordinary view. I use an Olympus Camedia C-760 UltraZoom, which althought it is getting on in years, still beats any other camera I have looked at, for zoom distance. Some of the zoom images appear a little grainy, but that's because it's only 3.2 megapixels ;)

I'm quite lucky in that where I live is on the side of a hill, overlooking a valley, and other hills. This makes it an ideal place to be able to take photos of clouds (ok, I know most people find clouds boring, but they can be fun) ;) I don't use any filters, or enhance the photos on the computer (unless it needs the colour balance sorted because it was taken indoors with artificial light).
